Above all, what matters most are your interest, motivation, and willingness to learn new things. Depending on the apprenticeship or internship, certain academic qualifications may be helpful—but what really matters is that you’re a good fit for us and the profession.


Once we receive your application, we will review your documents and get back to you. If you’re a good fit, we’ll invite you to an in-person interview so we can get to know each other better.


The application period may vary depending on the apprenticeship or entry-level position. We recommend checking our careers page regularly or applying early so we can plan together.


Yes, we offer students the opportunity to get to know Herborner Pumpen through an internship or a career exploration day. This will give you a real insight into our day-to-day work and help you figure out which career path is right for you.


The program combines on-the-job training at a company with classes at a vocational school. In dual degree programs, theoretical and practical phases alternate, allowing you to apply your knowledge directly in your day-to-day work.
